From the time I placed my call for service everyone I have been in contact with at Aireserv has been great! Very pleased with the service that was provided by Kevin. I am not very savvy when it comes to technical things and he explained everything that was wrong with my system in great detail. He has a great personality and highly recommend!

Airserv is fantastic. I've used their service twice now and saw two different technicians. You'll see many reviews mentioning Jack Theilen with good reason. The guy is prompt, professional, hard working and transparent throughout. He even casually identified and corrected a completely unrelated plumbing issue while fixing our AC - you can trust these guys with your HVAC needs.

I have a small high school girls reunion this weekend and realized one of my guest bedrooms was not cooling down. I didn't think anyone would be able to get it taken care of inside 3 days, but Jack Theilen came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate and said he could do it immediately. Jack was so sweet and even turned around one of our return vents that wasn't related to the project. He enlarged an existing return and installed a larger supply. The difference is amazing and I am so relieved! Highly recommend this company and especially Jack!

The attention to detail Romario Guevara had going over the HVAC units was unbelievable! The things he pointed out that had been neglected or were in need of repair makes me wonder if anyone has ever done such a thorough job as Romario did. Thank you for the quality of care that was taken servicing my two units!

Kevin came out to tune up my client's AC system and troubleshoot an air flow concern.  We were having a new roof installed at the time that he arrived - he braved the banging and pounding on the roof to get up in the attic to inspect/clean the inside air handler.  He was also able to help shed some light on the air flow concern.  Afterwards, he went outside to clean the coils on the exterior unit and was done within an hour.  He debriefed me on the system, gave me some great insight into preventative maintenance and left a very tidy workspace when he finished.  He was professional and courteous at all time.  I'm a Realtor in DFW and have used Aire Serv in my own home in the past. I will continue to refer my clients to Aire Serv!  Thank you so much!

Air serv was able to accommodate my repair quickly for next day service. The tech went above and beyond my expectations and provided a detailed report with pics prior to leaving. Ask for Kevin Hill when you schedule your appt. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of your needs.

I have used both their phone number and website to request service and both have been easy to use and quick to set up an appointment. Technicians have always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Prices for service have been reasonable and with no unnecessary up-charges.  I will continue to use the company and recommend it to others as well.

Jack is an excellent technician, diagnoised problem with my cooling system, gave me an estimate and completed repairs in less than 2 hours.  AC is working great, very happy with Aire Serv service today. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Very pleased with the fast, efficient way that Aire Serv of Dallas does business. I needed a professional opinion for the way my two A/C units mounted on the roof. Their input was thoughtful, professional, and helped me resolve a dispute that I had with my home warranty company.

This is a great AC company to work with. They were very easy to schedule with and quick to service your needs. Jack Theilen was my service consultant. Even on a hot summer day, he didn't hesitate to get to work in my attic. He had a great solution to my issue with duct not having a good air flow. My son's room was much hotter than the rest of the house. I was hoping it will be a simple fix. He took care of it right away and made the room drop by 2 degrees instantly with a small adjustments. He took his time to look over every detail around the attic. I highly recommend this company. It's really hard to find a company with integrity and honesty. I paid much less than what I anticipated. So I am happy.

Great experience with Air Patrol. Shawn was very informative and replaced two units at my house. He recommended the exact system I needed for my house. The quality of the units were just what I wanted and the price and service way exceeded my expectations! The crew was great. They were on time, very professional and clean. I'm a member of their Aire Serv® Advantage Plan for twice/year maintenance (HVAC in the fall, A/C in the spring). John was my technician, and he was great. Very professional, mindful of walking in my home with boot covers on, respectful of my space, communicative, etc., which is extremely important to me. He also gave an overview of what he was going to do, about how long it'd take, confirmed with me if that sounded good, and then proceeded. So pleased with this technician, I hope he is the tech who visits in the spring!

I was blown away at the level of customer service I received today by Joe, (Ramirez?) during an annual winter checkup on my furnace in my condominium. Not only did he arrive on time, he called and said he could be here an hour early if I was available, which was an added bonus! What really set him apart and motivated me to write this email was his honesty and genuine willingness to provide exceptional service in a polite and professional manner. He went above and beyond his call of duty by answering a lot of questions I had regarding things that did not have anything to do with my furnace. He measured my air conditioning vents to find me the correct measurement air filter I need for my unit because I have never found ones that fit perfectly at Home Depot or any other store. He recommended some websites for me to check and also said his company can order me the correct sizes of air conditioning filters I need and install them as well. I ended up finding what I needed at a great price based on his recommendation online. He even checked and changed the battery on my fire alarm and helped me adjust the temperature on my water heater because I obviously have no clue about these type of things! I work in the customer service field and I know how important a person like Joe is to any company’s reputation and I wanted to make sure he is recognized for his outstanding service by Aire  Serv , who by the way, from every experience I have had with them, is as a whole, an amazing company. They provide great service at competitive prices, are genuine and friendly, and always willing to help. If you need your air conditioning unit repaired or serviced and don’t know who to call and trust they will do the job right and won’t overcharge you, trust me when I say, call them, you won’t be disappointed with Aire Serve of Dallas.

Excellent organization.  They helped me diagnose a intermittent failure that has plagued my unit since it was installed 4 years ago by less talented AC contractor. The person who took my call (Jennifer) was extremely helpful  understood my concerns and made sure to talk to the service manager (Lahcen).  They patiently worked through the process to identify the problem and get if fixed.  Looking at small inexpensive solutions and eliminating those before moving to a more detailed fix.  And you know what they fixed it.  What others could not fix they did.   They are honest, prompt and work hard to make sure the problem is fixed Air Serve of Dallas is lucky to have Keshawn, John, Lahcen and Jennifer. Especially Jennifer I 100% recommend Air Serve of Dallas.

My A/C system was doing nothing but pumping warm air, so I contacted Aire Serv of Dallas. They sent Carlos out the next day, he evaluated the system, and gave me some options. I wound up deciding to replace the whole unit. They gave me a written quote and scheduled the work for the first day that was convenient to me. (I checked around and found that their quote was in line with others I had seen, and they arranged financing for me.) Carlos, John, and Rolando arrived right on time, covered everything with tarps, and got to work pulling out the old equipment and installing the new. Then they cleaned up and showed me how to operate everything. There's no getting around it - if you want good equipment and professional installers, it's not going to be cheap, but I felt like Aire Serv was fair with me, and I'm' comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We had a regular maintenance appointment the next week, however our AC decided not to cool on a Thursday afternoon.  Called around 4:30 and the manager of the techs answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next afternoon.  We received notice when they were on their way.  They arrived on time and were quickly able to detect the problem with a bad capacitor.  Had it changed and ready to go in no time.  We were sent an email with pictures and explanations.  Every person we talked with was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Loved working with this company and have the regular maintenance contract. Would highly recommend.

I have used Aire Serv for many years with satisfaction. The last few years I have even purchased their service agreement. The techs are always very nice, knowledgeable and resolve the problem at hand. Recently there was a snafu about an appointment time that made me unhappy. However Peyton called me right away to apologize and rectify the situation. I am happy with their work and attitude of good customer service. I will continue to use them and am happy to refer others to them.

AireServ was everything you want in a company!  From first calling and scheduling with Jennifer to Todd coming out immediately and then Jennifer following up with an email, they were AMAZING!  We will definitely be using them from now on and we highly recommend them!

Our Air Serve technician Zach Nolan diligently addressed our cooling problems on the same day as our call and when the same problems reoccurred the next day, he negotiated reduced charges since the issue could have been resolved through the manufacturer for the extreme heat of Texas.

Jennifer had been a dream to work with.  The techs do a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and can find issues other vendors miss. The have parts quickly and do not leave my tenants without an HVAC system.  We will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

I called Aire Serv of Dallas and spoke with Jennifer, she was very professional and helpful. She was able to get a tech out to our location on the same day. Zach, the technician arrived in a timely manner, he determined what the problem was in a short period of time and had us up and running in 15 mins. I would definitely recommend Aire Service of Dallas, they are professional, friendly and did a  great job from start to finish!

I knew ahead of time what I needed. Out of 17 bids Aire Serv was one of only two companys that came back with an honest bid at an honest price. The others all were trying to sell me alot of things I knew I didn't need including a new cement pad. Move forward 11 months to 2/15/24 . The tech was a young woman who was very knowlegable and went the extra mile to figure out what the problem was. They are still 5 star service in my book. 10/22/24 A differant tech but still very knowledgeable. 5 Star service still.

She walked us through step by step and her mannerisms were elite. She was thoughtful and gracious and very knowledgeable. We hope to get her and her team every time. Had a great experience with Air Serv Dallas! Helped me install my new thermostat and tune up service. Keshawn (not sure if I’m spelling it right) was super professional and kind! He helped me trouble shoot some WiFi issues with our sensors and was just super friendly! Would recommend!

AireServ is the best in the business.  They are professional and courteous.  They are quiet while working.  Lots of compliments from all the Doctors that office here.  I would recommend them all day long!  Love the staff, they are incredibly responsive, and they know what they are doing.

Keshawn came out and did a thorough tune up and inspection of my heating units.  He showed me all the options available to maintain and improve our system.
